Windshield Repair
The windshield is a primary safety restraint in your vehicle. It’s important to repair any minor damage, if not get a full replacement, in order to keep yourself and your passengers safe.
If you have a small crack or chip in your windshield, make sure to have it repaired as soon as possible. Be aware that even the most advanced glass repair techniques have their limits. If your windshield is severely damaged, a full replacement may be necessary. Ask your service advisor to have your windshield checked for any cracks or chips that can still be repaired. These cracks and chips can severely impact your ability to see, and they may compromise the overall safety of your vehicle.
If a crack is ignored and begins to spread, the entire windshield will have to be replaced. From a safety standpoint, there is a large risk, because a crack in the windshield will limit its ability to protect you. On the other hand, there is no environmental impact from windshield repair.
